Overview
A multi-tenant platform where businesses automate customer messaging. It covers WhatsApp and email at scale, AI agents that answer customers 24/7, hosted forms and OTP verification, all metered and billed per project.
cPilot started as a central hub for sending email and WhatsApp messages for many client projects. It grew into a full automation platform for businesses across the Arab region, especially online stores and service companies.
Businesses build their own AI agents, ground them in their documents, and put them on WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or their website. They pay through credit packages and subscriptions. Every module is split cleanly between what the platform admin sees and what each client is allowed to do.

Multi-channel AI bot builder
Bots run on WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta channels and an embeddable website widget, with typing indicators, conversation logs and customer records for each conversation.

Knowledge-grounded answers
Businesses upload their own documents, which are chunked, embedded and retrieved during a conversation, so the agent answers from the company's content instead of guessing.

Agents that take actions
Agents call tools such as taking a restaurant order. A guard blocks requests to internal network addresses, and an evaluation harness tests bots before they go live.

Custom AI agents for every business
Each business shapes its own agent: its name, personality and instructions, the model behind it, and daily and monthly limits. Replies stream in real time, and one API covers chat, embeddings and image generation.

Credit-based AI billing
Usage is metered per project against model price tables. Clients top up through credit packages, promotions and online checkout, within daily and monthly limits.

Hosted forms & OTP
A drag-and-drop form builder with hosted pages, an embed script, secure file uploads, spam protection and quotas. OTP codes go out over WhatsApp or email.
