Members claim their own accounts
Admins import the member registry from Excel. Engineers then claim their pre-created account with their national ID and membership number. Error messages stay generic so nobody can probe who is registered.

A signed QR code proves membership and can be verified even without a connection.

Events with manual payments
Event registration supports capacity limits, guest pricing and deadlines. Members upload a payment receipt, staff review it, and a ticket is issued once it's approved.

Real-time chat rooms with read tracking, message reporting, review workflows and temporary mutes.

Live chat between members and staff, with priority, assignment and unread counts on both sides.
