Tilio
Your work, in one place. Plans, time, billing and clients, with an AI that can act.

Overview
A workspace for freelancers and studios juggling many clients. It covers a weekly timeline, tasks, time tracking and billing, and lets clients follow progress live and request new work through a private link.
Tilio puts every project and client on one timeline: what's planned, what's tracked and what's billable. Clients don't need an account. They get a private, revocable link to watch progress and send requests, which the owner reviews and schedules.
It's built AI-first. A workspace can connect its own AI model, and the built-in assistant can plan, update and report on work. Outside agents get the same access through scoped API keys.
Under the hood
The features that took real engineering
- 01
An assistant bound by the same rules
The in-app AI calls the same API that external keys use, under the same permission checks. Deleting data or changing billing always waits for a human to approve.
- 02
Bring your own model
Connect Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Groq, DeepSeek, xAI, OpenRouter, Together, Ollama or any compatible endpoint. Keys are encrypted and can never be read back.
- 03
A self-describing API for agents
One endpoint returns a guide to the live API generated from the running server, so any AI agent can learn to drive the workspace. There's also a ready-made skill for Claude Code.
- 04
Client links with real controls
Share links are shown once, deny by default, and can carry a password and an expiry. Each one tracks views, and clients can submit work requests through it.
- 05
A ledger, not a balance
Charges and payments make up a ledger. Balances are calculated from it, never stored, and retainers are billed automatically each period without ever double-charging.
- 06
Isolation you can't get wrong
Three separate layers keep workspaces apart. Asking for another workspace's data returns "not found" rather than "forbidden", so nothing reveals that it exists.
